Returns and exchanges are applicable to defective products only.
We know mistakes can happen so we apologize if you’ve received a defective product. This includes a hole in the product, a misprint, or wrong item(s) being shipped. Within 10 days of receiving your order, contact us and we’ll work with you to provide a replacement.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

To begin, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your reason for return and order number. Our Customer Care team will get back to you within 48 hours.
By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion.
